A new doctor joined? Give them a calendar today.
Solo covers 1 doctor, Basic 2 and Growth 6. When your clinic grows past that, add a doctor for ₹499 a month and Teja treats them like everyone else on the team: their own timings and leave, the treatments they do and the rooms they use, reminders in their name and a line in the report.

What changes

In every plan
Solo: 1 doctor. Basic: up to 2. Growth: up to 6. Rooms, waitlist and reminders for all of them.
With Extra doctor
One more calendar per add-on, with everything a plan doctor gets. Add or remove any month; your plan price does not change.
A full calendar, not a seat
Working days, timings, breaks, leave and holidays per doctor. Teja offers only slots where that doctor and a room are free.
The treatments they do
Mark which treatments each doctor performs. A laser or PRP enquiry is never offered to a doctor who does not do it.
Reminders in their name
Day-before and 2-hour reminders name the doctor, and follow-ups go by that doctor’s plan.
Counted in your report
Their bookings show up in the 9 pm report and on the Reports screen like everyone else’s.

Choose Extra doctor and how many. The cost is shown first, prorated for the rest of the month, and it is free while your trial lasts.

Name, timings, leave, the treatments they do and the rooms they use.

From the next enquiry, the new doctor’s free slots are offered alongside the others. Remove the add-on any month; it stops at the end of the billing month.

House rules
What Extra doctor never does.
Never
- Never charges without your confirmation: the price is shown first, prorated.
- Never offers a doctor’s slot outside their timings or during leave.
- Never books two patients with the same doctor or room at the same time.
- Never offers a treatment by a doctor who does not do it.

- ₹499 per doctor a month, prorated when added mid-month
- 18% GST extra; cancel any month

Does a visiting consultant need the add-on?
Only if Teja books for them and they take you past your plan’s limit. A visiting dermatologist who comes twice a month gets a calendar with just those days.
What happens to appointments if I remove the add-on?
Existing appointments stay and get their reminders. No new bookings are offered for that doctor once the add-on ends.
I have 3 doctors on Basic. What do I pay?
₹1,999 for Basic plus ₹499 for the third doctor: ₹2,498 a month before GST. Growth (₹3,999) covers up to 6 doctors, has a bigger monthly AI allowance and includes Google Reviews Pro once it is live.
