Commission
A share of the clinic’s first payment.
Calculated on the fee before GST. One payout per clinic, with no cap on how many clinics you refer.

- Chains and custom plans: 10% of the first invoice, up to ₹25,000
Payouts are released once your balance crosses ₹1,000, on the 10th of the month. TDS is deducted where the law requires it. If the clinic receives a refund under our refund policy, the commission on that payment is not due.

Tell us who you are and how you know clinics. We approve within 2 working days and email your referral code, a welcome kit and the payout form.

Introduce a clinic
Share your code or your link. The clinic names it when they book a demo or sign up. We confirm the referral to both of you by email.

Get paid
When the clinic pays its first invoice, your commission is due 30 days later. Payouts go by UPI or bank transfer once your balance crosses ₹1,000.
Emails to both sides
You and the clinic each get an email when the referral is recorded, when the clinic goes live, and when a payout is made. No surprises on either side.

See every referral, its status (demo booked, live, paid), your balance and payout history, and download statements for your accounts.
We do the selling
You make the introduction. Our team runs the demo, the setup and the support. The clinic deals with Tejoya directly from day one.
Programme rules
Fair to you, fair to the clinic.
How referrals are counted
- A clinic is yours when it names your code or uses your link before its first demo or sign-up, and had no earlier contact with Tejoya.
- Referrals stay attached to you for 90 days from the first contact. One clinic, one affiliate: the first valid referral wins.
- Commission is on the clinic’s first payment only, before GST. Renewals, upgrades and add-ons do not earn commission.
- Disputes are settled from Tejoya’s records: the form the clinic filled, the demo booking and the invoice.
Not allowed
- Referring your own clinic, your employer’s clinic, or a clinic you own a share of.
- Bulk or unsolicited messages, spam, or messaging patients of any clinic.
- Promises Tejoya does not make: no guaranteed results, no “replaces your staff”, no medical claims.
- Running ads on the Tejoya or Teja names, or offering the clinic part of your commission as cash-back.
Breaking a rule ends the membership and forfeits unpaid commission. Everything else is in our terms of service.
Who can join?
Anyone in India who knows clinic owners: consultants, product distributors and suppliers, marketing agencies, software resellers, and individuals. We approve applications within 2 working days.
Do I need to sell or demo Teja myself?
No. You introduce the clinic and share your code. Our team books and runs the demo, does the setup and supports the clinic. The welcome kit gives you a two-minute way to explain Teja.
When exactly am I paid?
Commission becomes due 30 days after the clinic’s first payment clears, which covers the refund window. We pay on the 10th of the month, once your balance is ₹1,000 or more, by UPI or bank transfer, with a statement for your records.
Is there a limit?
No cap on the number of clinics. Chains and custom plans earn 10% of the first invoice, up to ₹25,000 per clinic.
What if the clinic cancels or gets a refund?
If the first payment is refunded under our refund policy, the commission on it is not due. If the clinic stays past the refund window, you are paid even if they cancel later.
Do I need a GST registration?
No. Individuals are paid as commission with TDS deducted where the law requires. Registered businesses can invoice us; the welcome kit explains both routes.
