These terms are an agreement between Javita Consultancy Private Limited (“Javita”, “we”, “us”), Plot No 77, K G N Colony, Ameenapur, Hyderabad, Rangareddy, Telangana 502032, India, and the clinic or business that signs up for Tejoya (“you”). By using Tejoya or paying for it, you agree to these terms.
1. What Tejoya is
Tejoya gives your clinic an AI front-desk employee called Teja that works on your clinic’s WhatsApp Business number. Teja replies to enquiries, books appointments, sends deposit requests to your own UPI, sends reminders, follows up on treatment plans and packages, requests reviews and sends you daily reports, all within rules you set. You also get a web app for you and your staff.
2. Your account
- You must give correct details about your clinic and keep them up to date.
- You are responsible for everyone you add to your account and for keeping logins safe.
- You must be allowed to run the clinic and to agree to these terms for it.
3. WhatsApp and Meta
- Tejoya uses Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform. You connect your own WhatsApp Business number and account, and you must follow WhatsApp’s Business and Commerce Policies.
- Meta charges for some business messages. Meta bills your clinic directly through the payment method you add in WhatsApp Manager. These charges are not part of our fee.
- Meta may change its rules, prices or features, or limit or suspend a number. We will help you, but we are not responsible for Meta’s decisions.
- You must not use Tejoya to sell or promote medicines or other products that WhatsApp does not allow.
4. Your responsibilities as a clinic
- Get each patient’s consent before Tejoya sends them business messages, and honour opt-outs.
- Keep your rate card, FAQ, timings and rules correct. Teja answers from what you provide.
- All medical decisions, advice and treatment are yours and your doctors’. Teja does not give medical advice, and you must not set it up to do so.
- Follow the laws that apply to your clinic, including advertising rules for medical services.
- Do not use Tejoya for spam, misleading offers or anything illegal.
5. Payments from patients
Patients pay your clinic directly, for example to your UPI ID. Javita never collects, holds or refunds patient money. A payment shows as paid in Tejoya only when your staff confirms it.
6. AI limits and your approvals
Teja uses AI to understand messages and draft replies. AI can make mistakes. Prices, dates, slots and balances come from your rules, not from the AI. Medical questions, complaints, refund or discount requests and uncertain cases are handed to your staff. Offers and bulk messages are sent only after you reply YES. Please review Teja’s settings and reports regularly.
7. Fees and billing
- Plans: Basic ₹1,999 per month (up to 2 doctors) and Growth ₹3,999 per month (up to 6 doctors), plus a one-time setup fee of ₹2,999, which is waived on yearly plans. A yearly plan costs 10 times the monthly price.
- All prices are plus GST. We send a GST invoice for every payment.
- Fees are paid in advance for each month or year.
- Price-lock guarantee: your monthly price stays fixed for 2 years from your start date, even if list prices change.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. The new price applies from your next billing period.
- If a payment is more than 7 days late, we may pause the service until it is paid.
8. Cancellation and refunds
- You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing or by emailing support@tejoya.com. The service continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Refunds follow our Cancellation and refund policy: free 14-day trial; no refund for part of a month; yearly plans refundable pro-rata within 30 days of the first payment; setup fee refundable only if we cannot connect your number or complete your setup.
- We may end or suspend the service if you break these terms or WhatsApp’s policies, after telling you why where possible.
9. Your data
Your clinic owns its data, including patient data. We process patient data only to provide Tejoya for you, as your data processor, under our data-processing agreement and our privacy policy. When you leave, you have 30 days to export your data. We delete all of it within 90 days of the end of your subscription, except records we must keep by law. If you ask for deletion sooner, we delete within 30 days of your request.
10. Our software
Tejoya, its software, design and the name Tejoya belong to Javita. You get the right to use Tejoya for your clinic while your subscription is active. You must not copy, resell or reverse-engineer it.
11. Service availability
We work to keep Tejoya running all the time, but it may sometimes be unavailable because of maintenance, problems with WhatsApp or other providers, or events outside our control. We will tell you about planned maintenance in advance where we can.
12. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost patients, for Meta’s actions, or for medical outcomes.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will tell you by email or WhatsApp at least 15 days before an important change takes effect.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction. We will first try to solve any dispute by talking to you.
